Sewer Service Charges

Type of User & Monthly Charge

1. Residences - $40.25
2. Service Stations - $48.25
3. Cafes - $60.75
4. Multi-Family Dwelling Units - $40.25 for 1st dwelling unit and $25 for each additional dwelling unit
5. Motels - $40.75 for 1st motel/hotel unit and $11 for each additional motel/hotel unit
6. Schools - $36 and $1.25 per student during in-school months
7. Business - $48.25 
   Multiple Businesses - $40.25 1st business unit and $17.50 each additional business unit
8. Governmental Units
   1. Nursing Facilities - $40.25 1st dwelling unit and $1.50 each additional resident space
   2. Correctional Facilities - $40.25 1st dwelling unit and $1.50 each additional inmate space
   3. Multi-Use Structures - $32
9. Outside Corporate City Limits - $68
